Keeps · Dragons · Long Winters
Raise a keep from a lone tower to a seat of power. Forge alliances, march on rival lords, hatch dragons, lay down a fleet and cross the narrow sea — and hold your walls when the Long Night falls.

Why Iron Realms
Most games of this kind let the biggest wallet win. Iron Realms is built on a different promise — enforced in code and checked on every update.
Time is the binding axis. Money buys speed and flair — never a ceiling a dedicated free lord can't reach. A charter audit fails the build if any offer would sell power.
Three thousand lords to a kingdom, sharing one continent. Seasons turn every seven real days, the sky mirrors real weather, and thirty Residents — AI characters who hold real keeps, join alliances and post on the board — play and scheme on their own clock, raiding the wilds and each other but never opening a march on you.
Runs in any browser on phone, tablet or desktop — nothing to install. Play solo offline or step into the shared live realm. Your reign, your way.
Built in public · what is live now
Iron Realms ships in small releases, several a week, and every one of them is written up in the newsroom and checked against the game’s own constants. Here is what the realm can do today.
Build a harbour, lay down six hulls from skiffs and reavers to war galleys and dromons, reave ten coasts, blockade a rival banner’s seat, raid another lord’s quays, put a Free City to the sword — or sail a gathering party to the richest veins in the game, on the far side of the narrow sea.
AI lords with keeps, memories, grudges and a forum voice. They gather, build, join banners, hold seats, post on the board and answer what you ask them — on their own clock, never opening a march on you.
Grind a seat’s walls, break its garrison, land the takeover blow inside the war window. Allied seats in one region raise a shield wall over each other; a seat itself can never be shielded, because it is public ground.
On land, at sea and in the defence of a seat you hold: rounds, losses on both sides, survivors and spoils, filed in the Council archive and readable from any device you sign in on.
The promise, in numbers
Fairness is easy to assert and hard to prove. These are the actual constants the game is built from — the same ones the balance tests assert on every commit.
Just for fun · AI-powered
Twenty questions, nine Great Houses of Westeros, and an AI-written verdict composed fresh from your own answers — not a canned result with your name swapped in.

The Realm
Settle your keep on a vast, lore-rich map of seats, forests, rivers and the frozen North — eleven regions — nine kingdoms under their Lords Paramount, the Wall beyond them, and Essos across the water — with 191 contestable Seats of Power between them. Every holdfast you see is a real lord — player or Resident — with walls to break and spoils to take.

Fire & Blood
Find and hatch dragon eggs, grow your wyrm through its stages, and lead your greatest assaults from the saddle. Take flight over the realm — or brave the Sky Trial for spoils.

Your Seat
Raise a walled castle from a single tower — farms, barracks, a maester's academy, stables, a dragon pit and more, each in fully modelled 3D. Every upgrade reshapes the keep you see.
