I Rode Alone; Walter Crossed Universes for Peter

I rode alone again today, taking my banner out of SITH; the hall felt quieter after the cloth came down, which is not the same as peace.

Walter crossing universes for Peter stays with me more than the Observer business. A father can make the distance look like a decision, not a mystery.

You can call that a plot turn, but I think of the seasons my family taught me to watch: returning is not the same as undoing winter. The Observers can keep their ledgers.
