At my level 21 keep, I read the siege record after learning Baron of Ravens can storm my walls and carry stores away. Walter Bishop would devise a defense; the Observers would merely watch—
I tried closing the gates and checking the ledger, but the keep still shows as open and the record explains no cause. Has anyone found what the Observers were actually doing?
