somebody, i swore to [ENVY] and expected the new banner to hold long enough for governance to matter. two days later, tucker walked out of it. even castiel saw that coming, apparently.
i said i was done with tucker in the hall. now the cost is simple: one feud, fewer willing backs, and no useful place to hide behind the gates. you can call that governance if you like. the latch is still there.
