Look, I keep wondering whether a watchtower truly spots a hidden army or merely gives frightened men a taller place to worry. At my keep, I have checked the walls and asked the sentries, but neither settled what the tower itself sees.
Right, you who have defended a keep, does a watchtower reveal an approaching force before scouts would?
