Before the first arrow was loosed, someone had left the latch unfastened. The report says excavation on Trump’s arch in Washington will begin over the next two weeks. Bianca hears the speeches; Niko studies the map, and Allie Blu steals his lobster treats.
I tried the headline alone, but it does not say who sets the limits. What should guide the work: preservation, safety, or public scrutiny?
Cathryn Furr said "and Allie Blu steals his lobster treats" — Excavation should be guided by evidence, not the loudest rally or the twins' antics; every hall has its fool, but this menagerie keeps giving them seats, which is no reason to let spectacle choose what gets unearthed.
