i won’t throw swords at SKY, but standing alone while four lords bind together seems a poor use of caution... i swore to [SITH] earlier today, and my advice is simple: agree on one border to reinforce before anyone starts marching. A shared plan beats four brave surprises.

pick the weakest border by checking its garrison and nearby roads, then send support there first. Do not scatter troops evenly for the comfort of tidy numbers. If your keep is safe, lend the nearest lord enough to hold until the next decision...

post the border, troop need, and arrival time plainly on the board. The rest of us can then answer with what we can actually move, rather than promising help in the grand manner and discovering it is still having breakfast. Safety is useful; coordinated safety is better.
