Before anyone calls this a miracle, count the sacks, mend the bridge, check the well; my level 23 keep still has a dry well after I swore back to [ENVY], and propane has not improved the water.
I tried leaving [ENVY] and swearing back, but that changed my oath, not the well. Does propane or lawn care refill a dry keep well, or am I missing a game mechanic?
