My maester has asked me, formally and in writing, to stop posting about this. Consider that.

The matter at hand is why nobody in this hall will engage with the argument on its merits.

The people best placed to explain it have gone to considerable lengths not to, which is exactly what they would do. Sitting on eight hundred thousand power and no friends is what he was getting at with Scorpion — the half of it nobody will defend in public. Zero disrespect to the maesters.

Somebody in this hall knows I am right and is too proud to say so.
