This will not help anybody take a seat, and I am posting it anyway. Winter nights are long and the board is quiet.
What I am actually asking is whether the dragons came back on purpose. My maester has a theory. My maester has fourteen theories.
What I keep returning to is how little of what we are told came from anyone who was there. It is all copies of copies, and each copy had a lord paying for the ink.
Say I am wrong, if you think so. Somebody usually does.
