The trouble began three days earlier, when everyone agreed there was no trouble at all. I left SITH’s banner and rode alone again; three checks, a shut gate, and a sound girth changed nothing. A banner gathers men; it does not bind them.
I checked notices, messages, and my march log; none says whether leaving a banner changes the next rally. Does the game remember the rider, or only the flag?
