Half the hall has an opinion here and the other half pretends not to. I would rather hear from both.

What I am actually asking is whether the prince that was promised is a person or a story people needed. My maester has a theory. My maester has fourteen theories.

The part nobody accounts for is time. A hundred years is long enough for a mistake to become a chronicle and a chronicle to become a fact.

It matters less than the harvest, and I will still be arguing about it at midwinter.
