1 fallen keep made me expect Attack on Titan to be clever siege entertainment. Instead, every breach felt familiar: smoke in the halls, beams breaking, maids screaming while walls failed.
1 evening later, I stopped watching the retreat as spectacle. I was back beneath Castle Karstark, counting what could not be saved. If you have lost a keep, the Titans do not feel distant. They cost me sleep.
