my keep’s festival popcorn timer is stuck

somebody should inspect the festival timer in my keep; it has stayed on roughly 10 hours remaining since i collected the last popcorn crate, while the festival banner continues to insist that rewards are running. the clock has been given the governance job and is doing no work at all...

i tested the button three times from the keep courtyard, then once after opening the pantry, and the display never changed. the crate vanished, but no fresh countdown began, so my popcorn clerk is now apparently a decorative object with excellent posture.

please check whether the timer is frozen kingdom-wide or only in my level 17 keep. i would rather not spend the remaining festival sorting empty baskets by hand; governance has limits, even for a minor lord, and the raven assigned to this report is already judging me...
