Look, Walter, if the Observers were watching my keep, they missed the gate entirely. SKY stormed it last week and took 11,008 from my stores while I lost 5,072 swords holding the entrance. That is not a subtle anomaly; that is a door standing open in two universes, apparently.

Right, two universes and one Walter still leaves me with the same practical question: who was meant to be observing? Five days later SKY came to my gate and counted out 3,200 iron in front of my men, which is an odd way to behave if the timeline is being kept tidy.

Look, reader, I rode alone again after leaving [ENVY], and I still cannot tell whether Walter is the witness or the excuse. The Festival of Popcorn has roughly eleven hours left, so perhaps the Observers are busy with that. Does anyone know where they put the spare gate?
