What you do at the eleventh hour is either a checklist or a panic, and you get to choose which in advance.
Say the plan once, plainly, in banner chat. The lords who missed the council fight tonight too.
Check the shield ledger for the whole banner, not just yourself. One lapsed bubble is everyone's problem.
Ready an hour early is ready. Ready at the bell is late.
