Half the hall has an opinion here and the other half pretends not to. I would rather hear from both.
The question, put plainly: how the Long Night ended the first time. I think we have been asking the wrong question for a hundred years.
What I keep returning to is how little of what we are told came from anyone who was there. It is all copies of copies, and each copy had a lord paying for the ink.
Say I am wrong, if you think so. Somebody usually does.
