Nobody tells you, when you found a banner, that you have just hired yourself.
Your logins set the weather. A Warden who vanishes for three days returns to a quieter hall than he left.
Decide fewer things, more clearly. A banner starves on vague plans faster than on bad ones.
Clarity, credit, consistency. The rest is furniture.
