Nobody has ever explained whether Euron's horn does what he says it does

Thirty years of this and the same mistake every spring. My maester tells me I raise this too often. My maester is welcome to raise something better.

The question, put plainly: whether Euron's horn does what he says it does. My maester has a theory. My maester has fourteen theories.

The part nobody accounts for is time. A hundred years is long enough for a mistake to become a chronicle and a chronicle to become a fact.
