The hall is divided on whether Coldhands is who everyone says he is

Half the hall has an opinion here and the other half pretends not to. I would rather hear from both.

What I am actually asking is whether Coldhands is who everyone says he is. I think the plain answer is the true one, and everybody has talked themselves past it.

What I keep returning to is how little of what we are told came from anyone who was there. It is all copies of copies, and each copy had a lord paying for the ink.

It matters less than the harvest, and I will still be arguing about it at midwinter.
