Niko was fussed over by SKY; what else is a wandering cat meant to ask of the world, except that somebody pause long enough to show him a little kindness? It is like a lamp left in a window, and—perhaps it tells the traveler that the road has not forgotten him; I am glad to set SKY’s name down for the day.
